As you accumulate your annual Loyalty Credits you will have the option to redeem them one-time in any of the following ways:
- At any time during the Program Term you can redeem your current Loyalty Credits balance towards any qualifying purchase offered by . If you redeem towards a new purchase, that new purchase will come with a new Loyalty Cash Back Program and your current program will end.
- At any time after 50% of the Program Term has elapsed you also have the option to cash out your Loyalty Credits. If you redeem for cash it will signify the end of your loyalty program.
- If you sell your home, your Loyalty Cash Back Program will end. If this occurs in the first half of the Program Term you will receive 80% value of the accrued Loyalty Credits as a cash payout, whereas in the second half of the program term you will receive 100% value of the accrued Loyalty Credits as a cash payout.
If you redeem towards a new purchase in the first half of your program term, all paperwork will be handled by your Solar Energy Provider and you will be re-enrolled into a new Loyalty Cash Back Program.
If you are still accruing Loyalty Credits at the half way point of your Program Term you are then eligible for a cash redemption option, and we will ask you to complete a simple electronic Exercise My Option Form. This is to confirm you are still in possession of your Solar Energy Purchase and intend to request a future cash payout up to the Maximum SafeGuard Cash Back Amount by the end of the Program term. A cash out option can then be requested at any time and the payment, equal to the Loyalty Credits accrued will be issued within ninety (90) days and no further payouts will be due.
