Half way through your Program Term we will remind you to complete a simple Exercise My Option form, that simply tells us that you are still active and current with your membership, and plan to continue vacationing with Royal Resorts Signature Club throughout the second half of your term to collect your Loyalty Cash Back payout. You will have a whole year to complete this form, but we recommend that you complete it as soon as possible after you are reminded.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

When you are first enrolled, your Loyalty Program Membership Status will show as Pending. Once you have fully paid for your membership, your status will change to Active, and you will begin your Program Term and a Redemption Date will be issued.

EARLY REDEMPTION

Once your Program Term has started, you don’t need to wait until the end to benefit from your Loyalty Cash Back Program. will enable you to cash in your loyalty program early at the following times:

  • After 25% of your Program Term you have the option to redeem 25% value of your SafeGuard Cash Back Amount towards any qualifying membership upgrade that is offered to you by your club. Contact directly for upgrade options.
  • Or, after 50% of your Program Term you have the option to receive 50% of your cash back amount using our Early Redemption Option Form.
  • Or, after 100% of your Program Term you can receive 100% of your cash back amount using our Redemption Form.

Please note that you can only select one of the above options when available, but your vacation membership and all its other benefits will still remain active for the duration your club specified.

FULL REDEMPTION

At the end of your Program Term, you will be asked to confirm and verify that you are still active and current with  in accordance with all program and membership terms and conditions. Once verified, we will notify you of your approved Cash Back payment and issue date.
