REDEMPTION OPTIONS
As you accumulate your annual Loyalty Credits you will have the option to redeem them as follows:
- At any time during the Program Term you can rescind your buy back guarantee and redeem your current Loyalty Credits balance towards any qualifying yacht purchase offered by . When using Loyalty Credits, your new purchase must include a new Loyalty Buy Back Program and your current program will end.
- OR, at the end of the program term you will receive 100% of the agreed buy back amount when transferring ownership of your yacht to SafeGuard LLC in accordance with terms and conditions of the program.
Alternatively, at any time after 25% of the Program Term has elapsed you also have the option to opt out of the program, keeping your yacht and receiving back 100% of the original Safeguard Fee.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR REDEMPTION OPTION
NEW PURCHASE
If you redeem towards a new purchase, all paperwork will be handled by your yacht broker and you will be re-enrolled into a new Loyalty Buy Back Program.
BUY BACK OPTION
At the half way point of your Program Term we will ask you to complete a simple electronic Exercise My Option Form. This is to confirm you are still active with your yacht ownership. At the end of your Program Term, you will be eligible for a cash option equal to your buy back amount, upon completion of transfer of ownership of your yacht to SafeGuard LLC in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
OPT OUT
Should you prefer to sell your yacht privately, or keep your yacht longer than the program term, you can simply opt out of the program any time after 25% of the Program Term has elapsed. You will receive 100% of the original SafeGuard Fee which will be issued within ninety (90) days and no further payouts will be due.
SECURE & GUARANTEED
The SafeGuard Loyalty Program offers a series of pre-determined outcomes after a pre-determined length of time as outlined above.
SafeGuard LLC protects the program through an insured structured finance vehicle where the majority of each program fee is placed in a pool of funds that is held in trust and protected by insurance. The fund grows with guaranteed rates of return to exceed the payout amounts, and is insured with a suite of policies from A-Rated insurers (Swiss RE, Lloyds of London) and a Financial Guaranty policy that covers any unforeseen event including shortfall of funds, thereby guaranteeing all qualifying payouts.
