NEW MEMBER ENROLLMENT

On the right hand side of the page is the all important Member Enrollment Form. Once a new member has completed the printed version of the enrollment form (that you can download from Custom Resources) a member of your Contracts / Admin team will need to complete this online form and attach a scanned copy of the printed version – then hit submit to complete our enrollment process. It’s that simple!

  • Slide Presentation Inserts – Download Powerpoint, Keynote and PDF versions of our simple slides to help illustrate the program during your sales presentation.
  • Sales Brochure – Download PDF version of our customer-facing brochure for your product type.
  • Posters – Download and print our vibrant credibility posters that inspire customers to want to purchase product. By request we are also happy to mix and match images with headers to your preference.
  • Pop-Up Banners – Each of the poster variations are also available as Pop-Up Banners, adjusted to fit the dimensions you provide.

  • Enrollment Form – A PDF version of your Enrollment Form that can easily be downloaded and used as required.

REPORTS & ANALYTICS

This section provides access to your enrolled members and valuable statistics.

  • Enrolled Members – A searchable list of all members you have enrolled as well as the ability, when required, to mark a member as cancelled which notifies us of the cancellation.
  • Analytics – Access enrollment statistics, and where applicable direct billing reports.

  • Support Request – We offer you priority support between 8am – 4pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Simply complete the support request form and one of our team will contact you quickly to assist.
  • Password Reset – If you want to periodically update your password purposefully for security reasons, you can do it conveniently within your Admin Center.
