Upon completing this client enrollment form we will prepare your SafeGuard marketing agreement which will be sent via DocuSign for easy electronic signing.

Once signed, we will prepare your custom-built Client Portal where you will enroll your new members, and the Customer Portal where your customers can view their loyalty credits balance, program information and more.

We will also arrange a training session for your sales team(s) and administration team(s) and provide you with access to sales collateral to help you to easily present the product to your customers.

Will we be billing you directly for some / all enrollments?*
Where you add our fee to your existing finance packages giving you the option to “include” or itemize the loyalty program while providing the customer with the ability to spread the cost of their total purchase over time. With this option SafeGuard invoices you directly for full payment within 30 days, allowing time for funds to be received from the finance company. As payment is received in full, the program starts immediately. There is no deposit required at point of sale.

Will we be billing the customer directly for some / all enrollments?*
Where the SafeGuard fee is separated out and the customer pays SafeGuard directly. SafeGuard uses Equiant Financial Services to facilitate payments and offers a 0% interest payment plan of up to 24 months. This option keeps billing of our fee separate to your paperwork or finance agreements and does not require credit approval. However, if paid in monthly installments, it does delay activation of the Loyalty Program until the full amount has been paid. Customers are able to pay the balance at any time to accelerate their start date, making it a convenient short term way to pay the fee in their own time.
